GTM Operations

This is a high-leverage position: you’ll directly impact Crux’s commercial scalability and efficiency. By building intelligent, automated systems that underpin our go-to-market strategy, you’ll help accelerate clean energy financing and drive the next wave of U.S. industrial growth. We’re hiring a GTM Operations teammate — a business-savvy, technically fluent operator who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and growth. You’re not a full-stack engineer — but you love building. You understand how to connect APIs, structure data pipelines, and use low-code/no-code tools to automate complexity. You translate business needs into scalable systems that improve conversion, attribution, and decision-making. This role sits within our Operations team and collaborates closely with Product, Data, and Engineering. You’ll be the connective tissue across systems, ensuring our commercial teams operate with speed, visibility, and precision.
