Accountabilities:
- Own and oversee all accounts payable operations, including vendor setup, contract review, invoice and credit approvals.
- Prepare and review AP-related journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance internal controls to protect the integrity of financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
