Prospect, outreach, negotiate, and close affiliate partnership agreements with performance-based compensation models.
Monitor affiliate performance daily and optimize traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI.

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, or business development.
Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, revenue share, and other performance-based models.
Excellent English - C1 level or higher - used daily for negotiations, reporting, and partner communication.
