In this role, you will shape the learning vision and translate business goals into a coherent program strategy for an online training program for Financial Advisors (FAs). As the strategic lead, you will drive executive-level alignment across all partner and client stakeholders, anticipate risks, navigate ambiguity, and ensure timely delivery with measurable results. The Principal Consultant will have high visibility, strategic ownership, and influence across partner teams and executive stakeholders, shaping a flagship learning program that will be experienced by thousands of advisors.
