Lead a North American distributed team of Revenue Operations professionals to provide tools, processes, and guidance to our field teams as they grow our revenue. Solve day to day operational systems and processes that would allow Enable to grow into a multi-channeled company. Support efforts to build a sustainable team model in North America.

Build Empower’s analytical capabilities, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, and share strategic recommendations and data-based insights for products and programs critical to Empower’s growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention in the Philippines. Partner closely with our leadership team to develop insights and execute impactful programs.

The Senior Business Strategy Analyst will analyze product usage data from both channel partners and direct clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. This role will serve as a critical link between the product, sales, and pricing teams, leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and enhance product offerings.
