Job Description
The Incident Manager will provide an overview of IT infrastructure (e.g. servers, network), application infrastructure (e.g. SAP), and related services (e.g. Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of an incident. They will work with key customers and internal businesses, ensuring that impacting incidents are managed effectively for quick restoration of normal service. This involves executing the enterprise Incident Management process, managing incident queues, and escalating as required. The role also includes continuous process improvement, incident postmortems, and facilitating solutions to complex problems with IT software and hardware. The manager will handle incident communications, maintain incident logs, and collaborate with the Service Desk.
