Senior backend software engineer - Python

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Voice of Customer unit. In this role, you’ll help build and evolve the Surveys, Interviews, and User Tests , a set of tools that enable our customers to collect rich, qualitative feedback from millions of users. These features are deeply integrated with the rest of our platform, helping customers make smarter decisions by connecting the voice of users with behavioral data. You’ll primarily work on Python microservices owned by our team, occasionally contributing to services written in Node/TypeScript or the React-based frontend. Our stack includes PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Redis , runs on AWS with Kubernetes , uses third party integrations with Twilio and Daily.co , includes solutions built on top of LLMs , and follows best practices in observability, testing, and performance . This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys solving complex backend problems in a product-focused environment, or for a strong mid-level engineer ready to grow into a senior role.
