Healthcare Assistant - Spanish Proficiency

We are currently hiring remote Healthcare Assistants. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, has prior experience in the healthcare sector, and excels in coordinating care services. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for individuals who are organized, responsive, and dedicated to supporting patients and caregivers alike. Key responsibilities include coordinating and assigning caregivers or nurses to open shifts, reaching out to clients and previously onboarded individuals to discuss care plans or shift needs, responding promptly to emergency requests and ensuring timely caregiver placement and maintaining accurate records and documentation related to shift coordination. Effective communication in both Spanish and English with clients, caregivers, and internal teams is also required.
