About the Role:
- This role owns the end-to-end execution of our Primary Care Provider (PCP) referral process.
- This person is responsible for ensuring those referrals are created accurately, sent to the right place, and followed up on until we’ve received a response.
Responsibilities:
- Research and locate the correct PCP office, contact details, and fax number.
- Track referral status and outcomes in our system with accuracy and consistency.
- Flag issues, delays, or systemic blockers in the referral process.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a healthcare office environment (front desk, referrals, insurance, or similar).
- Comfortable making frequent outbound phone calls to provider offices and patients.
- Able to navigate multiple systems at once (internal tools, spreadsheets, fax tools, EHR portals, etc.)
