Payment Operations Associate

The Payment Operations Associate will manage daily settlement pipelines and exception reporting for payment setup and clearing, communicate with creditors to clear payment exceptions, and support the acquisition of required documentation. This role involves requesting proof of payment, utilizing banking ledgers to determine fund availability, and upholding knowledge of departmental functions to respond to inquiries. The associate will also scan documents into Salesforce, actively multitask, and provide support in word processing. The position requires flexibility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle last-minute changes, and is responsible for special projects.
