Job Description
Research and analyze laws, regulations and procedures to provide legal support, with special focus on Brazil's financial regulatory framework. Carry out privacy impact assessments in Brazilian products. Support the Contract Life Cycle Management by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, amending, releasing and guaranteeing the quality of middle/high complexity documents. Ensure proper follow-up of entrusted matters, daily tracking and update the progress to the relevant areas considering the timely completion of the ticketing system. Support with internal corporate governance and coordinate with outside counsels when needed. Interact with stakeholders across different teams, actively supporting them in getting things done. Bring innovative ideas to the table. Keep alignment within the legal team, have relentless curiosity, get things done and be humble and transparent.
