Professional Learning Specialist

About the role:

• Deliver engaging learning experiences that help customers implement and use Everway solutions.
• Support customer adoption and contribute to continuous improvement of professional learning programs.

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver live webinars, virtual sessions, workshops, and in-person training to drive product adoption.
• Develop and improve learning materials including course content, videos, and product documentation.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide follow-up support to customers.

Essential criteria:

• 3+ years experience delivering professional learning or customer education, ideally in EdTech or SaaS.
• Strong facilitation skills for virtual and in-person learning experiences.
• Ability to develop content for different learning needs and formats.

Desirable criteria:

• Experience in instructional design with tools like Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
• Familiarity with K-12 or higher education sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
