Senior NEPA Compliance Project Manager

AECOM is seeking a Senior NEPA Compliance Project Manager to join its Environmental Planning Group, managing projects related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, state-level equivalent reviews, and environmental permitting. The role involves managing NEPA projects, overseeing staff, performing quality assurance and control, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, and writing technical assessments related to NEPA compliance. The ideal candidate demonstrates technical expertise in the social, environmental, or physical sciences, and has experience contributing to complex environmental studies for land use planning and environmental management. Responsibilities include managing complex planning studies, reviewing comprehensive plan amendments, conducting research, providing professional planning assistance, developing plans and analyses, performing field inspections, and conducting meetings.
