Job Overview:

• We are seeking a Freight Carrier Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based trucking company by finding and booking profitable loads.
• The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with DAT Load Board and Truckstop to negotiate rates and manage shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search load boards like DAT and Truckstop for loads matching trucks, lanes, and equipment.
• Negotiate rates with brokers, plan loads based on truck availability, and coordinate with drivers.
• Track active loads, find backhaul loads to minimize empty miles, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in U.S. trucking load management or dispatching.
• Hands-on experience with DAT Load Board, Truckstop, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with ability to work U.S. business hours.
