We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote position based out of Jacksonville. Input data into company databases and systems with high accuracy and efficiency. Verify and validate data to maintain data integrity. Process and organize physical and digital documents. Update and maintain data records. Review data for errors or inaccuracies. Sort and organize input data. Scan documents and enter information into designated databases. Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation. Generate and prepare routine reports. Respond to data-related queries from team members. Additionally, you will collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams, support business decisions with data-driven insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, and maintain and update dashboards for ongoing performance tracking.
