Set technical standards and mentor others while taking ownership of the most complex implementation challenges.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2 years in a design accountability role.
Hands-on ability to write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation, and decide between code, configuration, or external solutions.
Experience designing secure, monitored, and recoverable integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
