LMS Administrator & Program Systems Manager

Role Overview:

• We are hiring an experienced LMS Administrator to take ownership of our learning systems (LearnWorlds and HubSpot) and ensure our training programs run smoothly.
• This is a hands-on systems role focused on managing course setup, participant access, data integrity, and real-time issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage LMS platform end-to-end, setting up courses, modules, and participant enrollments while troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure alignment between HubSpot and LMS data, monitoring and resolving discrepancies in participant records to support reporting accuracy.
• Support training logistics and participant tracking, including monitoring attendance, progress, and completion, and assisting with live Zoom sessions.

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience, including course setup, enrollment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage data across platforms independently.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, must be located in the United States with availability from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET to respond to live session issues.
