Responsibilities:
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests via telephone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assemble and configure network components, perform network troubleshooting, and assist with data backup processes.
- Monitor the service desk ticket database and respond to customer service tickets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience and training in IT support.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, and 3+ years with CCH Applications.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, remote support tools, network fundamentals, and ticketing systems.
Technical Requirements:
- Willing to work evenings or weekends for maintenance and on-call as needed.
- Must have a minimum internet speed of 50-100 Mbps, a dedicated home office, and a business continuity plan for power and internet backup.
