Controller

Panorama Education is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, an analytical mindset, and a passion for education. As a Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations, managing our accounting team, and providing strategic financial insights to support our growth and mission.  Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing all accounting operations, preparing financial statements, developing internal controls, managing closing processes, coordinating audits, ensuring compliance, developing financial policies, providing financial analysis, managing the accounting team, assisting with budgeting, and driving improvement initiatives.
