New Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter at ShopMy, you’ll own the full-cycle recruitment process for Strategy & Operations roles —from sourcing and screening to closing candidates. You will proactively source candidates through various channels and build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates. You will conduct in depth interviews and assessments, work closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and role requirements. You will deliver a top notch, smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

You will represent ShopMy’s values and missions during recruitment interactions and contribute to employer branding, job descriptions, and recruitment marketing.
