Job Description

The Implementation Analyst at MeridianLink is responsible for providing project management and configuration services to customers, leading the full implementation lifecycle for client deployments. Responsibilities include a thorough understanding of MeridianLink’s software to educate clients and develop initiatives supporting client goals. The analyst will manage client onboarding, core connectivity, and third-party integrations, while managing internal and external communications through the deployment cycle. They must proactively identify issues and facilitate resolutions. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. 5-10% travel.
