The Impact You'll Have:
- Own Customer Analytics and improve the analytics, engagement, and AI integration strategy for Customer Success and Customer Support.
- Strategize across the customer lifecycle and work directly with the SVP of CS on the engagement model and org structure.
- Build and ship AI-powered tools like churn risk scoring and automated retention playbooks.
What We're Looking For:
- 5–7+ years in analytics, strategy, or ops with a track record of shipping data products or AI systems into production.
- Strong numerical skills and familiarity with SQL, Python, and agentic tooling like Claude.
- Self-sufficient operator who thrives in ambiguity and doesn't need a playbook.
