Job Description
Humana’s Care Management Support Assistants perform their role in a call center environment that includes working in an auto-dialer telephone system and aim to improve a member’s overall health and well-being. To work as a Bilingual CMSA, fluency in both ENGLISH and SPANISH is required and you must pass a proficiency exam in both languages. Key responsibilities include engaging members in Care Management via telephonic interactions, completing assessments, coordinating assistance for members needing doctor’s appointments, addressing barriers to health screenings and connecting members with resources to close any gaps in care.
