What you'll do:
- Set the end-to-end experience vision for DX, creating coherence across product surfaces and customer journeys.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to shape strategy and turn complex engineering data into actionable insights.
- Lead customer research and mentor designers while using AI and code to make design intent concrete.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of product design experience, including complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep experience designing data-rich B2B SaaS reporting or analytics experiences.
- Strong interaction design, information architecture, and systems-thinking skills.
