Digital Transformation and Delivery Lead - Environmental Remediation Sector

Digital Strategy and Opportunity:

• Look across the remediation business to identify value from maturing digital technology use.
• Define resources, timing, and benefits, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Set and evolve a digital roadmap, prioritizing by value, urgency, complexity, and capacity.

Delivery Leadership and Execution:

• Lead delivery of digital initiatives from new and existing engagements.
• Perform hands-on solution work including configuration on Smartsheet and Microsoft platform.
• Oversee delivery to meet scope, timing, quality, and expected benefits.

Resourcing and Coordination:

• Assess business capability and recommend resource strategies for each initiative.
• Coordinate and provide delivery direction to matrixed resources.
• Act as translation layer between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity.
