- Lead end-to-end implementation of EMIS and EHS digital solutions.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery governance.
- Ensure successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual commitments.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical configurators, SMEs, and data specialists.
- Drive clear communication, alignment, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Design & Implementation Oversight:
- Guide solution design by aligning business requirements with system capabilities.
- Provide non-technical oversight of platform configurations (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, VelocityEHS).
- Validate deliverables to ensure quality, completeness, and alignment with requirements.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business needs into structured functional specifications and implementation plans.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
