Join PolicyMe as a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor and modernize insurance. As part of the team, you'll educate customers on their insurance needs, answer challenging questions, deal with advanced customer cases, and guide them through different products. You will manage all inbound leads through their policy applications, and ensuring they get the coverage they need (and feel good about the process) via phone, SMS and email. Help prospective clients navigate life, critical illness, and health & dental insurance options using PolicyMe’s digital platform. Maintain high-quality service across phone, email, and SMS channels.
