Senior Compliance Officer

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Compliance Management System (CMS). This role is critical in ensuring the Bank’s adherence to consumer protection laws and other regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead compliance initiatives, and provide strategic guidance on regulatory matters. In this role you may: Assist in designing and maintaining the Compliance Management System (CMS) to support risk management and regulatory compliance. Analyze emerging regulatory issues and assess their impact on bank operations. Conduct compliance testing and monitoring programs; prepare risk assessments and reports. Support UDAAP analysis and Artificial Intelligence-related compliance reviews. Review and approve marketing programs, ad copy, website content, and other materials for compliance.
