Regulatory Affairs Manager

This role involves being the primary contact with regulatory supervisory teams, managing correspondence and submission processes, and keeping them informed with proactive notifications on new products and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing for and facilitating regulatory meetings, reviews and requests, coordinating regulatory visits with subject matter experts, leading the preparation and submission of technically complex regulatory submissions, and communicating regulatory expectations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory affairs, at a financial services regulator, or in a regulated financial services environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment. A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams are also key.
