Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and configure client benefit plans accurately in alignment with product designs.
- Translate business requirements into system setups and support implementations with testing.
Work & Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent healthcare/insurance experience required.
- Prior experience with benefits analysis and claims processing background preferred.
Compliance and Validation:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards like HIPAA and NCPDP in all configurations.
- Candidates must be prepared for background checks and may provide work samples for validation.
