Senior Learning Experience Designer

Design scalable digital learning experiences for GitLab customers, focusing on self-paced eLearning and virtual instructor-led courses.

Create engaging educational content across formats, including eLearning modules, presentations, facilitator guides, videos, labs, and assessments, that support GitLab certification and enablement programs.

Collaborate with Education Services, curriculum developers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners to ensure that learning content reflects current product capabilities and priorities.

Analyze learner, course, and program performance data to improve content quality, learner engagement, knowledge retention, and program effectiveness.

Enable stakeholders by providing clear documentation and guidance on delivering GitLab education content consistently in virtual environments.
