Head of Regions & Rider Growth

We are looking for a person with strategic leadership, business vision and a strong operational drive to join as Head of Regions & Rider Growth. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing our operations in the main regions of Spain, leading a team of local leaders and ensuring that they have the focus, tools and support necessary to drive sustainable business growth. You will be responsible for supervising our operations in the main regions of Spain, leading a team of local leaders and ensuring that they have the focus, tools and support necessary to drive sustainable business growth. You will guarantee the growth of income and efficiency in costs, maximizing the profitability of the marketplace in each city. You will lead a high-performance team composed of 4–5 regional managers, promoting the development of talent, the standardization of good practices and efficient execution.
