Compliance Program Leadership:
- Lead licensing and permitting compliance program improvements for the Aviation segment.
- Serve as an advisor to Operations leadership on compliance risks and mitigation.
- Drive operational discipline through monitoring, reporting, and leadership engagement.
Regulatory & Permit Management:
- Oversee permits/licenses renewals, audits, COI renewals, and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure timely submissions, renewals, and issue resolution across locations.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance records.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Lead compliance reviews with GMs and DMs to evaluate compliance targets.
- Partner with Legal, Operations, Finance, HR, and agencies to coordinate activities.
- Coordinate with Finance on port fee payments and financial tracking.
