Professional Services Architect, Accounting and Reporting

CaptivateIQ’s Professional Services team builds complex, high-impact solutions for our largest customers. As a Professional Services Architect, Accounting & Reporting, you will design and ship end-to-end implementations, turning messy data, unique compensation plans, and complex accounting requirements into elegant, scalable models. You will own modeling quality and performance, acting as the technical SME in modeling and the accounting SME in reporting. You'll specialize in guiding customers and partners through commission plan modeling and the associated ASC 340, ASC 606, and IFRS 15 accounting and reporting requirements, ensuring our solutions are not only efficient for incentive calculation but also compliant and effective for financial operations. The responsibilities include leading the entire project lifecycle for complex implementations, architecting and building scalable calculation models, serving as the technical and accounting escalation point, and translating unique customer requirements into efficient system configurations. This role involves partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, contributing to team best practices, and developing templates to raise modeling and delivery quality.
