Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a senior software engineer who is an executor, comfortable pivoting based on new data and moving at the speed of learnings without being siloed into one function.
• You won't need a fully spec'd ticket to start and will proactively unblock yourself through technical work, design decisions, or stakeholder conversations.

AI-Native Workflow:

• You use LLMs for development beyond auto-completion, employing agents for architecture and product development while managing context to produce high-quality output.
• You understand the generated code and use these tools to build end-to-end solutions faster and with fewer mistakes than traditional workflows.

Qualifications:

• You have full professional English proficiency and experience shipping products from scratch, with a tech stack that includes NextJS, Astro, React, and the Webflow ecosystem.
• You have a demonstrable AI workflow and an understanding of SEO as a critical growth channel tied directly to business performance and key metrics.
• You act with candor and can defend pragmatic decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
