• Implement AI-powered tooling that accelerates developer velocity and quality.
• Build repeatable systems and workflows with AI for durable capabilities.

Developer Experience & Velocity:

• Unblock software delivery pain points through platforms, tooling, and partnership with product teams.
• Establish data-driven approaches to measuring delivery velocity and quality.
• Ensure stakeholders understand the organization's direction, tradeoffs, and results.
