Entertainment Travel Advisor

The Entertainment Travel Advisor role supports an established Principal Advisor who has a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment-based business. This role will provide travel support to the team in delivering quality service to high-profile clients. Complete travel arrangements for clients including air and hotel reservations, and must be comfortable performing exchanges and refunds. Respond to client inquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency. Review client reservations for accuracy and quality; proactively correct errors. Conduct all business in line with standard company and industry procedures. Provide ‘on-call’ after-hours services as required by account if approved by manager. The advisor is responsible for accuracy of client record until departure to ensure all details are completed to the client's satisfaction. Research and provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience and maintain awareness of all airline rules and regulations.
