What You'll Do:
- Establish the strategy, roadmap and operating model for performance marketing.
- Own and optimize performance across channels such as SEO, AEO, paid search, and paid social.
- Manage agency or external partner relationships as needed.
What You Bring:
- 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation or growth marketing.
- Expertise in analytics and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools such as marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
