Senior AI Engineer (AI Automation)

Role Overview:

• Build and deploy AI-powered agents and automations to enhance productivity across Product, Marketing, and Design teams.
• Collaborate across the product lifecycle, turning operational challenges into practical, production-ready solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end, from discovery to adoption, in a fully remote, async-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools that automate repetitive tasks and improve decision-making.
• Develop reusable components and shared infrastructure to accelerate future development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain production standards and respond to user feedback.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering experience in Python or TypeScript with production-quality code.
• Advanced AI fluency, including agentic solutions with current frontier models and MCP.
• Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.
