AI Automation Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with operations, finance, clinical, and other teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Prototype and deploy automation, dashboards, and internal apps using AI tools, APIs, SQL, and Python.
• Apply LLMs and AI agents where they can boost productivity or accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, automation, data engineering, or technical operations.
• Strong proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Self-starter with resourcefulness and business intuition, able to deliver practical solutions.

What Success Looks Like:

• Within 90 days, you'll have deployed multiple improvements that reduce manual work and accelerate key processes.
• You'll have broad access to business stakeholders and autonomy to turn ideas into working solutions.

Compensation & Work Model:

• Fully remote within the United States.
• Annual base salary of USD $120,000–$150,000, plus bonus and equity.
