What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of SQL engineers.
- Own the service model for custom analytics requests from intake to delivery.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering on strategic work.
What You'll Bring:
- 6+ years of production SQL experience with BigQuery or ClickHouse.
- 2+ years managing technical teams and a customer-facing mindset.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce data stack including Shopify and Meta.
