Our Account Manager will proactively manage a portfolio of SMB accounts in Brazil, maximizing the value delivered to each client, driving adoption of the Stilingue platform and generating new up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. This role seeks to ensure customer loyalty and sustainable growth of accounts, acting as a strategic advisor to the client. Responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of SMB accounts, ensuring solid, sustainable and profitable relationships. Identify growth opportunities within accounts (up-sell, cross-sell) aligned with customer objectives. Act as the main point of contact for all commercial customer demands. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the platform on new features or for new areas within the account. Detect churn risks and activate action plans to mitigate them. Analyze key customer metrics and generate impact reports.
