Job Description
Core Accounting & Month-End Close: Assist with month-end close activities, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and maintain organized documentation for audits.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, expense reimbursements, support AR processes, including customer invoicing, and payment tracking.
Operational Finance Support: Partner with People Operations to support payroll accounting and assist with tracking departmental expenses and vendor contracts.
Data Integrity & Process Improvement: Ensure financial data accuracy, streamline workflows, and improve financial processes in accounting systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to support accounting needs across the organization and provide helpful support to stakeholders.
