Responsibilities:
- Lead new clients through implementation and onboarding, including platform setup and training.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client communities.
- Digitize and manage client documentation using Adobe and DocuSign.
Skills:
- Proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with technical software and understanding Carefeed’s solutions.
- Able to lead training sessions and client-facing interactions effectively.
