Responsibilities:

  • Lead new clients through implementation and onboarding, including platform setup and training.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client communities.
  • Digitize and manage client documentation using Adobe and DocuSign.

Skills:

  • Proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with technical software and understanding Carefeed’s solutions.
  • Able to lead training sessions and client-facing interactions effectively.
