Job Description

The GTM Enablement Specialist (Coordinator) role is part of Optiv's GTM Enablement team. Optiv is looking for an organized team player to lead content and coordination efforts for the high growth Go to Market Team. They will collaborate across team members and departments and be critical to the program and training management of the Enablement Team and GTM Organization as a whole. This person will oversee coordination of many ongoing initiatives including monthly new hire cohorts and standalone training sessions across multiple team members' programs. They will also be responsible for helping develop content to enhance and reinforce crucial messages and trainings. Lead the coordination of logistics for a wide range of training sessions. Your goal is to guarantee smooth execution and an engaging learning experience for all participants. Build and maintain a training calendar for all GTM enablement trainings as well as any Sales All Hands calls. Take charge of scheduling and logistical arrangements for various training events, Support the planning and execution of GTM team offsite meetings, OKO and enablement sessions. Support the Business Enablement Analyst on the team to collect participant feedback and training effectiveness metrics.
