The GTM Enablement Manager will oversee, develop, and manage the onboarding and ongoing training program for our Onboarding and Success teams at SQUIRE across the U.S., Canada, and the UK. This includes virtual instructor-led and live instructor-led training, eLearning, video, coaching guides, and other enablement assets while working closely with several internal teams to improve team performance.

Support the growth of Heidi in North America, make sure our team shows up seamlessly at industry events, while also driving go-to-market projects and supporting customer operations. This role is perfect for someone sharp, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn the inner workings of a GTM and customer success team in a fast moving environment.
