Job Description
The Specialist, Proposal Management, reporting to the Director, Proposal Management, is responsible for coordinating RFP submissions for new business, clients, health plans and channel partners and providing support for sales enablement. This position supports a fast-paced sales team in coordinating the delivery of effective, targeted RFP responses from conception to completion and supporting metrics, communications and onboarding efforts.
Leads assigned proposals while managing multiple concurrent RFPs and deliverables, collaborating with the commercial team, solutions owners and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, strategic responses aligned with RFP objectives. The specialist owns the full proposal lifecycle, including intake, coordination, and timely submission. They develop persuasive, revenue-driving content using winning sales language and work cross-functionally to drive initiatives to completion, while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and streamline proposal development. They effectively communicate the value proposition through written responses.
