Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable executive-level reports and presentations on WFM performance, trends, and resource requirements for senior leadership.
- Analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and communicate key insights to stakeholders, using Google Sheets and Looker for visualizations.
Collaborative Impact:
- Work closely with the forecasting, People, Operations, and WFM data teams to continuously improve schedule quality and shift offerings.
- Collaborate with the People team, Hiring, L&D, and Operations to ensure schedule accuracy and manage backend configuration.
Operational Excellence:
- Create and review shift offerings to support business growth and improve flexible working ratings.
- Ensure holiday utilization remains within budget and at expected quarterly levels, factoring in seasonality.
- Deep-dive into schedule issues to improve schedules, reduce manual amendments, and increase schedule automation.
