Job Description
Lead the TruStage Financial Annuity sales team and achieve increased sales and market share objectives. Serve as a key partner and contributor to annuity product line, participating in prioritization and queuing of initiatives. Provide input to Product, IT, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing groups on marketplace intelligence, pricing, and sales needs.
Develop, execute, and maintain sales plans for annuity products through broker dealers and Registered Investment Advisors. Develop a sales and marketing strategy to promote retail products to B/Dβs and Consultants. Select, hire, lead, coach, and develop the annuity wholesaling team. Assist in the development and design of sales tools and presentation materials.
