Accountabilities:
- Serve as a key operational point of contact for partner firms throughout inbound asset migration and account conversion activities.
- Own the full migration lifecycle, from initial planning through execution, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain repeatable playbooks and workflows for migration and integration processes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in brokerage operations, clearing, or account transfers.
- Hands-on experience with ACATS, DTC settlements, and broker-dealer back-office processes.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets.
